Relieve Chronic Fatigue Syndrome with Natural Remedy

By John Goh Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), once considered to be an imaginary ailment, is now recognized as a bona fide illness. While its cause is still pretty much a mystery, it has become a problem of growing concern. It is estimated that some three million Americans and 90 million people worldwide are affected by it. Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is characterized by a relatively sudden onset of extreme fatigue, often following an infectious illness. The illness occurs most often in people in their 40s and 50s, but people of all ages can get CFS. One of the symptoms of CFS is severe exhaustion following moderate physical activity. Symptoms that persist for six months or more are a strong indication of CFS. Many people are affected by CHS without realising it. Read the following case to see if it is familiar to you. Michael noticed his level of energy deceasing as he was approaching his mid-forties. A couple of hours of moderate physical activities like cleaning the yard will leave him exhausted and it took two days for him to recover. He was exhausted at 8 pm every day even though he had a desk job. He found himself going to bed earlier and earlier. No prescription drugs have been developed specifically for CFS. It appears that traditional and alternative therapies may be best for managing the illness. Coconut oil is used extensively in traditional medicine among Asian and Pacific populations. Pacific Islanders increase the amount of coconut oil in their diet whenever they are sick. It is the natural remedy to combat illness for them. It is possible that using coconut oil in the diet may help alleviate the symptoms of CFS. Some doctors believe that the key to overcoming CFS is strengthening the immune system. Coconut oil strengthens the immune system by killing the harmful microorganisms in the body. With less harmful organisms taxing the bodys energy, the immune system can function better. By using coconut oil liberally with meals, it may provide a source of relief for those suffering from chronic fatigue, whatever its cause. Coconut oil provides a quick source of energy and stimulates metabolism. Because the medium chain fatty acids in coconut oil are absorbed quickly by the tissues and converted into energy, those suffering from chronic fatigue would gain benefit by having more energy. Feelings of anger, guilt, anxiety, isolation and abandonment are common in CFS patients. This boost in energy provided by coconut oil not only helps to lift their spirits but also promotes faster healing. When metabolism functions at a higher level, our cells are like energetic workers anxious to complete the repairs in our bodies. Therefore coconut oil helps the body heal and repair itself more quickly. Why Your Predictions Of A Gloomy Future Will Turn Out Quite Wrong

By Annie Kaszina A male client came to see me recently looking tense and unhappy. In the two weeks that Id been on holiday he had twice broken up with his girlfriend and twice got back together with her. That made a grand total of some 26 break ups in a relationship lasting less than 3 years. He hated himself and hated allowing himself to get drawn back into a relationship that clearly isnt working. He described how friends and family are losing patience with him, how sick they are of hearing about his on-off relationship. Maybe this sounds faintly familiar. He said: Its so stupid of me. I know that I shouldnt. I said to him that its not about being stupid, or weak, or pathetic. What it is about is forgetting that there are always alternatives. When you are in a bad relationship you forget that there is a whole world out there. More importantly, you forget that there is a place for you in that world. A place that can be as good as you want it to be and choose to make it. On many occasions Ive said this to clients. Only to have them gaze at me blankly, clearly convinced that I had missed the point. Their point was that they had just fallen into the last ditch, were up to their eyes in mud and would, very likely, never clamber out of it again. In any event, the mud bath was their future. It was only last week that I discovered quite why this sorely limiting belief is so powerful and and persistent. Enlightenment came in a book called Stumbling On Happiness by Professor of Psychology Daniel Gilbert. Professor Gilbert uses scientific research to prove that human beings are pretty hopeless at imagining the future. Yet we believe, wrongly, that we are rather good at it. Gilbert writes: Because predictions about the future are made in the present, they are inevitably influenced by the present. The way we feel right now [Im so unhappy] and the way we think right now [Thats the way it is for me] exert an unusually strong influence on the way we think well feel later. we tend to imagine the future as the present with a twist, thus our imagined tomorrows inevitably look like slightly twisted versions of today Because it is so much easier for me to remember the past than to generate new possibilities, I will tend to compare the present with the past even when I ought to be comparing it with the possible. Abused women, more than most, having been through so much trauma, lose sight of the possible which is one good reason why they feel unable to make the decision to get out. The mechanics of getting out can be extremely difficult. The emotional decision to get out and stay out could be less anguished than it so often is. Gilbert duly poses the question: How are we to predict the future more or less accurately when we are so poor at imagining it? His answer is to learn from the experience of other people who have already trodden that path. Gilbert says: It doesnt always make sense to heed what people tell us when they communicate their beliefs about happiness, but it does make sense to observe how happy they are. And if you find yourself objecting: But Im not like other people, my situation is not like anyone elses, Gilbert disagrees. His viewpoint is this: Our mythical belief in the variability and uniqueness of individuals is the main reason why we refuse to use others as surrogatessurrogation is a cheap and effective way to predict ones future emotions, but because we dont realise just how similar we all are, we reject this reliable method and rely instead on our imaginations, as flawed and fallible as they may be. When you look at it like that, any and every woman who has survived abuse and gone on to build a happy and successful life is evidence that you can too. (C) 2006 Annie Kaszina Annie Kaszina Ph D, is a coach and writer who has helped hundreds of women to rebuild their confidence and their life after an abusive relationship. 10 Important Tips For Your Blind Date

By Ron Zvagelsky 10. Plan for a night far away While you may plan to go on a date to the movies and have a quiet date, the blind date you are hooked up with may end up being a partier and want to go dancing or something else so planning ahead is necessary. 9. Be cautious of the wordplay you use Men should be listening to the women more then having the women listen to the men. However, what you say will lay a first impression on her and to quote a famous comedian, Chris Rock, A girl will decide within the first 30 seconds whether or not she will sleep with you. 8. Put your attention on her Men really do need to stop talking, shut their pie-hole and listen to what the women have to say on the date. Ohh, I got a luxurious boat out in California and I make $200,000 a year working for really doesnt flatter the ladies. To get a girl interested in you, you have to listen to what she is saying. Also discuss issues like work, family, friends, and various other more personal topics. Regardless, you should never make her feel uncomfortable about anything because this is a friendly occasion. 7. No Interrogations If you wish to do well on your date then you have to have great conversations with her. Never ask her questions that will have one of the following three responses: yes, no, I dont know. Ask her questions which will start a good conversation and get a nice answer that interests you, and show your interest. 6. Make her your spotlight Never let your eyes leave her (and I dont mean her double decker, Im talking about eye contact). You want to make sure you dont check out other women while with her or spend time with other friends that may be there or on your phone. 5. Dont try to show off Whatever you do, dont go out of your way to flash your gold chains or brag about your luxurious items. While living the life may be a turn on, it can make the date go downhill very fast as she may be thinking, What a selfish jerk. Also, do not show off all your money (unless your date is with a gold digger or a prostitute). If youre so rich then either use debit or bills under 100. Dont purposely go out of your way for her to see something valuable that you own. 4. Be Aware of What You May Get When going on a blind date, you never know what you will get. While you may be wishing to get a real hot piece of tail at the end of the night, or a great relationship started, you may end up with a huge girl who honks and snorts the night away. Never expect the best, just cope with what you get. The date is for only one night, not a lifetime. 3. Watch out for a Controlling or Crazy Girl/Guy If either party is rather psychotic, demanding, or aggressive then leaving may be the right thing to do, and do so immediately. It is not worth risking being taking advantage of or left in a dead end relationship. Also try to fend away from those in a questionable relationship at the time. 2. Plan Your Escape Make sure you have a plan on how to get out of the date if it either goes downhill, you dont like the person or you really regret doing it. 1. Be The Leader The final tip is for you to be the leader. Men should always take the leadership role so they are proven to be more masculine. Whether its asking for a dance, being the first to start a conversation, or initiating a kiss, it is all stuff that shows your manly side by the end of the night. Steak Recipes

By Max Bellamy Steaks are the easiest to prepare among all the meats. Tender steaks like the sirloin and the T-bone (filet mignon is the tenderest but it is very expensive and not easily available in the markets) are usually grilled. Most recipes differ in the marinade that is to be applied to the steak. Marinades use wine, lemon juice, soy sauce, tomato juice, etc; or even fruits like papaya and pineapple. Steaks are marinated for 6 to 24 hours, depending on the recipe and then placed on the grill. A charcoal grill is the best bet to get the restaurant-like flavor. Based on the tenderness of the steak, they are turned twice or thrice to get the desired level of doneness. Steaks should not be disturbed when they are grilling, as this does not allow the crust to form on their sides. Also they should not be poked with forks as this would allow the juices to run out of the steak. Among the best known recipes of steak preparation is the Buf au Poivre, literally meaning Beef with Peppercorn, a traditional French recipe. This is an exotic dish, which uses only the prime cuts of the filet mignon. Beef steaks from the tenderloin (four of them of about 1 thickness should serve four people) are first sprinkled with salt like kosher. Then peppercorns are crushed and patted onto both sides of the steak. Steaks readied in such a manner are then placed on a 12 skillet pan over a medium fire. They are cooked for 8 to 10 minutes on one side, without disturbing. Then they are turned over. Desired doneness is checked with a meat thermometer or just by touching if the person is experienced. Then mustard and Cognac is added to the skillet and further cooked for about 30 seconds. Each filet is then cut in four slices and served with Dijon sauce. Almost all countries have their own traditional steak recipes. Asian recipes with porterhouse steaks are spicier, using a lot of soy sauce and peppers; cooked in the rotisserie style. They specialize in various types of kebabs. The Irish blend steak and bacon together with raisins to make a spicy-sweet recipe called the Steak and Guinness Pie. As in most other dishes, the Swiss use salsa in their steaks and serve it with mushroom soup. But the best and the most exotic dishes come from La France. The French have experimented and mastered several gourmet dishes. Despite there being several hundreds of steak recipes all over the world, Americans specialize in the humble grilled steak, which is just as flavorful as any of the other high-brow names going around. Steak provides detailed information about steak, flank steak, grilling steak and more. Steak is affiliated with Disposable Chef Hats. Why Buy Handmade Soap

By Jeffrey Dorrian More and more people are choosing to purchase handmade soap. In the beginning, people turned toward these products because they were crafty, unique and smelled good. What they did not realize is that handmade soap is also very good for your skin. Handmade soap is made with natural ingredients that actually help to replenish the skin and add moisture where other conventional soaps, such as some commercial brands, may have stripped. The harsh ingredients found in many commercial brands can actually dry out the skin, which takes away its natural moisture and may lead to damage. Handmade soap, on the other hand, contains natural ingredients that are healthy for the skin and are less likely to cause irritation. In fact, many users have found that handmade soap is especially beneficial to individuals with otherwise sensitive skin. Because each bar of handmade soap is carefully crafted, the quality of each bar is never compromised. Unlike machine made brands, handmade soap is made with pride and craftsmanship. It takes a creative mind to produce the various combinations, scents and shapes of handmade soap. Easily found at craft fairs, specialty stores and online, handmade soap is more than a cleansing product - it is an art and the people who create each bar are artists in their own right. During the winter months especially, many people suffer from dry and cracked skin. Its uncomfortable, embarrassing and can make even the simplest motion of bending a finger a painful occurrence. While not designed to specifically cure chapped skin, handmade soap does help to add moisture and rejuvenate the natural texture of the surface. When skin becomes chapped, it is because the moisture is stripped away during cold weather, elevated heat temperatures inside the home and lack of moisture in the air. Many people buy handmade soap because it helps to prevent dry, itchy skin. One of the main ingredients, which is known as aloe, is derived from the inner part of an aloe leaf and is commonly used to treat burns, rashes and insect bites. Aloe actually helps to heal wounds, which is why it is so beneficial to individuals with dry or irritated skin. People buy handmade soap for a variety of reasons. Many for its beauty and for a nice bathroom decor. Some purchase it as a focal point, but never actually use it because they dont want to disturb its appearance. Others purchase handmade soap for its many benefits to the skin and for the fact that its natural ingredients lend a hand to those with allergies to commercial brands. Whatever the reason, handmade soap is very popular and often finds its way into the home of anyone who wants to treat their skin to the luxurious treatment that it deserves. Jeffrey Dorrian is the soap guy. Really, that is his website http://www.thesoapguy.com He has been making premium olive oil soap for the past five years. “Handmade soap is a true inexpensive luxury anyone can enjoy.” wholesale soap Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Jeffrey_Dorrian http://EzineArticles.com/?Why-Buy-Handmade-Soap&id=149184 cheap pharmacy refill tramadol ultram prescription and drugs tramadol injection prescription medications medical fed ex tramadol tramadol no prescription required 200 tablets

Organic Container Gardening - No Garden? No Problem

By Lee Dobbins If you want to try your hand at growing your own organic flowers and vegetables but have no garden, don’t worry. Many people grow organic products successfully using a container. You can keep the container wherever is convenient or move it around if you need to. A container describes any vessel which can hold soil. It might be natural, such as a clay or wooden container, or you can use an old wheelbarrow, plastic carton or bucket. As long as it is not going to fall to bits when watered, you can make use of it. It is important that your chosen container can drain because most plants dislike being over-watered. If the container does not have holes in it, you can make some with a drill or knitting needle, depending what the container is made out of. An inch or so of broken clay pots, gravel or pebbles in the bottom of the pot ensures good drainage, while a layer of leaf mold or ripped up paper on top of the clay or gravel can help to retain adequate moisture. Living, organic soil is very important in organic container gardening. If you are using a garden, you can gradually add organic matter to the existing soil but if you plan to use a container, you need to begin with organic soil. You need organic soil, capable of holding water without drenching the plants’ roots too much because there is no subsoil in the container. Adding peat moss to the organic soil is a good way to do that. You can grow organic products in peat moss by itself without adding soil if you prefer. Depending on the size of your chosen container, you can grow whatever you like in it. As long as the pot is big enough, you can choose from herbs, tomatoes, eggplant, zucchini, lettuce and many other vegetables. Organic seeds and plants should be used for organic gardening to produce a true organic product, but as long as you don’t plan to sell the product, it is up to you. It can be fun to experiment! Pest control is much easier in organic container gardening than in regular gardening. You can see the whole plant and pick off bugs such as hookworms. You can bring it to a faucet to wash the leaves and stem when the plant is in a pot instead of in the garden. You probably won’t see cutworms if you are using containers but you might find slugs. Simply sprinkle diatomaceous earth on the soil around your produce to get rid of them. If aphids make a home on your plant, you can sort this problem out by buying a pack of ladybugs which will eat the aphids without destroying your produce. Anyone can have a go at organic container gardening. It is easy and can be very satisfying to grow your own food. Organic food tastes so good too. If you can place your container in a sheltered area with natural light, it is possible to grow produce in it throughout the year. Lee Dobbins writes for Backyard Garden and Patio where you can learn more about organic container gardening. We Discuss Current Bee Pollen Studies

By Laura Hence As we examine the uses and benefits for taking bee pollen, it leads one to wonder if there are any studies or research available out there for one seeking it. Unfortunately, there is not a lot of research or bee pollen studies that have been conducted on this subject through government funding programs. Many companies that manufacture and process bee pollen products have conducted their own studies and individual research. This is done predominantly to come up with the best possible supplement for human consumption. This is one imperative reason for bee pollen studies however; the most extensive area of bee pollen studies should be conducted in the uses available to us. Bee pollen studies that have been carried out have largely indicated or favored the many benefits of bee pollen therapy. It is known to help with infections and aids in the digestion of foods. The foods that we as a society consume today are loaded with toxins and different chemicals. Bee pollen studies have shown it to help in the detoxification in the human system. Bee pollen is also loaded with proteins and nutrients from amino acids, the entire range of vitamins, hormones, carbohydrates and necessary fats. There are over 5, 000 enzymes and co-enzymes available in bee pollen that play a pivotal role in digestion and healing. Bee pollen studies, albeit not conclusively, have shown that the addition to bee pollen in the diet promotes the healing of broken bones and damaged tissues. Known as the oldest health food on earth, bee pollen studies have uncovered that bee pollen contains every single nutrient and vitamin known to man. It contains every essential nutrient known in one single bee pollen granule. Bee pollen dates back to the bible and cites several references in the bible as it being of high value even then. Recent bee pollen studies also suggest that the Egyptians and ancient Chinese also utilized this miraculous substance in ancient times. There is evidence of this is ancient Chinese and Egyptian writings. It appears that man has known for thousands of years what is so uncommonly known now. As we look at bee pollen studies, one can almost come to the conclusion that at very least, bee pollen aids in the prevention of diseases, overall balanced health in humans, as well as displaying a certain detoxification property. The product we personally use, located in the pristine source of New Zealand, is the most natural bee pollen source we have come across - http://www.bee-health-product.com We have been using this supplement for over 3 years with excellent health results. We have achieved a general sense of well being and new improved energy levels. We highly recommend you learn more on our bee pollen supplement of choice for further information. Belly Fat Busted

By Tim Grimsley Could getting rid of belly fat be as easy as taking a supplement? Well, there is a supplement that is proven to help. Hoodia Gordonii was discovered in 1939 in the Kalahari desert, South Africa. The Kalahari bushmen had been using it for hundreds of years to suppress hunger while on hunting trips and long journeys. They actually eat the heart of the Hoodia plant’s stem. They introduced it to British scientists. These scientists noted the reactions and testimonies as stated by the bushmen. For years after this first study Hoodia Gordonii would go unnoticed. Years later, a company named PhytoPharm based in Britain would discover a new molecule they named it P57. This new molecule is the basis for the supplements powerful appetite suppressing ability. Some scientists now believe that Hoodia and P57 could be the greatest weight loss discovery ever made. Several large pharmaceutical companies are spending millions in a race to develop a synthetic version of the P57 molecule. Because of the amazing qualities that Hoodia possesses, it is the leading source for weight loss supplements for dieters today. When your appetite is suppressed to the point that you have to remind yourself to eat, You obviously will lose weight. This weight loss is easy and natural and you do not realize you’re on a diet at all. Hoodia Gordonii is a powerful appetite suppressant, has no side effects, and is all natural. Commodities Margin Trading-What Should I Know About Trading Commodities on Margin?

By Mike Singh Perhaps you have heard the term margins before, but you don’t have a very clear idea of what this means. Margins are when you borrow money, usually from a broker, to buy stock. In addition to borrowing, you use your investments as collateral. The more you make on your investments, the bigger the better and therefore the bigger your profits. This can be a risk to you, but it can also be a great benefit. You must understand a few things about margins before you begin however. Normally if you buy a stock in cash, you will have to pay the full amount and you may only earn a fifty percent return. When you use this type of commodity, you can earn a hundred percent earn, yet you will have to pay back the original loan plus interest. This can work in the opposite way however if the stock loses any value. This is the main reason that these commodity types pose quite a risk, but also why so many are willing to take that risk. There are a few things that you should keep in mind when it comes to margin commodities and the risks they pose. If you keep these things in mind than you should be all right. The first thing to keep in mind is that you may lose more money than you have actually invested. Once in a while you may be required to put money in the account, without very much notice, in order to cover any losses. Another thing to keep in mind is that you may have to sell some or all of the stocks in order to reduce your securities. One last thing is that some brokerage firms may sell off your securities to cover the loan you took on the margins, without letting you know. Just remember in the end, you can save yourself a lot of trouble if you really know the agreement ahead of time. Be sure you thoroughly read the terms before signing anything, especially when it comes to margins. Other than the agreement, when it comes to margins you should know the basics rules. The Federal Reserve Board and organizations like the NYSE have certain rules in place. Independent brokerage firms can have their own, but they must measure up to the other organizations previously mentioned. Let’s take a closer look at some of these rules on margins. There is a minimum when it comes to margins. The minimum is usually two thousand dollars or a hundred percent of the price, whichever comes out to the lesser amount. There are those brokers who may require more, upwards of two thousand dollars or even more. Be sure you get the best deal. Another thing to keep in mind is the term initial margin. This term is usually used in reference to the amount that you are allowed to borrow or use for margins. Regulation T in the Federal Reserve Board’s rules says you can borrow up to fifty percent of the purchase price, but some places may require more than that. Either way these are what are known as initial margins. One last thing to look at when it comes to margins is the term maintenance margin. This is when the broker or firm you went through requires a minimum amount of equity in the stock, usually enough to cover what you borrowed. The baseline is around twenty-five percent, but some places can charge up to thirty or even forty percent. These are something that should be considered when you are looking for someone to go to. As you can see there is some fair amount of risk. But at the same time margins can give you great benefits as well. In the end it is up to you whether the risks are outweighed by the benefits of the situation. Now that you understand these a lot better, you may be better able to decide if they are right for you. Magic Tricks - Children’s Entertaining

By Edward Jellard Children’s entertaining is one area of magic available to us all whether you are a parent performing to your child at a birthday party, or a professional magician hoping to expand your repertoire, childrens entertaining is a rewarding and enjoyable branch of magic. Kid’s magic is very different from close-up magic or sleight of hand - it is nearer to stage magic, with visual illusions to keep your audience attentive. When planning your children’s magic shows, it is essential to bear in mind that children have a relatively small attention span, so you need to keep them on their toes by using visual props (such as magic wands, colourful tricks etc.), funny jokes and a lot of audience participation. The magic illusions should be varied, exciting and most importantly, entertaining for the children. The tricks you choose for the magic show are very important - you should pick tricks for children that are suitable for their age and sex. A patter about football wouldn’t go down too well at an all-girls birthday party! Before you perform a show, watch a little childrens television and see how the presenters act. They smile, laugh and appear to be enjoying themselves a very important part of being successful! Try to also remember some of the characters names you can (temporarily) rename your pet rabbit to a Teletubby, for example. To be (almost) as successful as famous magicians, you need to enjoy performing magic, the kids will know you are enjoying it, and your positive feelings will help to make them enjoy your magic show - there’s nothing worse than watching magic performed by a bored magician! Improve your chances of repeat performances by rewarding the children with merchandise. A skilfully crafted balloon model is great, but once it pops, youre forgotten. If you can afford some promotional material with your contact details to give to the children along with the balloon, then the parents will have a way of calling you for their childs next party. To sum up, try to create a fast-paced, varied and exciting magic show to keep the children entertained. Reward participation with merchandise, and word of mouth will be your main source of income. Edward Jellard has been a professional magician for many years, and finds Children’s Entertaining to be the most enjoyable aspect.
